Terms of Sale


This Agreement and any documents referenced here contain all of the terms and conditions that apply to purchases by you (“Customer”) from Cat Perkins, Inc. (“Cat Perkins”) sold by Cat Perkins in the United States. By placing an order with Cat Perkins, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Cat Perkins’ sole discretion.


Payment must be received by Cat Perkins prior to Cat Perkins’s shipment of an order for Cat Perkins products. Payment for the products is to be charged to Customer’s valid credit card or other payment method at time of shipment. Orders are not binding upon Cat Perkins until accepted by Cat Perkins. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute our offer to sell. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is declined, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

From time to time Cat Perkins may issue promotional gift cards, coupons, codes or other incentives or offers (“Promotional Items”). Promotional Items are non-transferable and there is no cash value or cash alternative. Only one Promotional Item can be used for each purchase, they may not be combined. Promotional Items may be used to purchase sale or clearance products unless otherwise specified on the item’s product page. Promotional Items are subject to expiration and must be used before the expiration date on the Promotional Item.


Shipping Method.  As part of the order procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method, and your shipping cost, if any, will depend on the method you select.  We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you select in the order summary displayed on the site before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered. 

Most items will ship via common carrier (such as UPS) and require a valid shipping address. Some carriers generally will not ship to a P.O. Box or military address.

Shipping Costs and Timing During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the estimated time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased.  We provide free shipping on standard ground service to most destinations in the United States. We are not responsible for late shipments or deliveries.

In some cases, certain delivery options may not be available, may require additional shipping fees or may take longer.  Items subject to these additional shipping and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering procedures and may not be eligible for any reduced or free shipping offers. 

For “Pre-Order” items that are not yet at our warehouse or available for delivery, you will be notified by email when the item is processed and shipped.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.  Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.

If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, Customer Service will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date. 

Certain sales or other taxes may apply to your purchase. These taxes vary from state to state and will be collected for orders shipped to states where these taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates as well as other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the shipment destination of the order. Please review and confirm the taxes applied to your order in your shopping cart before submission. Taxes are based on the purchase price of the items you select before the application of any Promotional Items.

Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Cat Perkins is Cat Perkins’ responsibility. Cat Perkins is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package is delivered to the “ship to” address by the carrier.

CatPerkins’ Return Policy may change from time to time. Please check back here for any updates or changes.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cat Perkins shoes. So if they aren’t perfect, we’re here to help you exchange or return them. We just require that you send them back in the original shoebox within 30 days - unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. We also require that you only try them on indoors. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of original purchase date. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Please note that shipping and handling charges for international sales are non-refundable.

Only items purchased on catperkins.com or via a Cat Perkins sponsored event with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.


Returning/Exchanging items to Cat Perkins is easy. Simply follow the instructions below and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Please go to catperkins.com/returns. Enter your email and order number and follow the prompts to initiate your return or exchange. Once complete, you will receive an RA# via email within 1-2 business days.
  2. Once you receive your RA#, please enter it where noted on the Returns/Exchange form you received in your original package. Then, sign the Returns/Exchange form and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in an appropriate shipping box. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return or exchange, make sure to remove any previously used shipping labels. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box.
  3. Affix our prepaid domestic return label to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at any UPS location. For international orders, email service@catperkins.com to receive your return label.

You may track your return at www.ups.com using the tracking number from the pre-paid label.

Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return/exchange. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment or your new item will be shipped to you. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. Please note that Cat Perkins is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. Should you misplace your pre-paid UPS return label, please contact customer service at service@catperkins.com. .

For returns, Cat Perkins will credit the credit card or other payment method used for your original purchase with the amount you actually paid for your purchased items including taxes and shipping. If you used a Promotional Item to pay for part of your purchase you will not be given credit for the promotional amount. For example, if you purchase an item for $20 and used a promotional gift card or code to pay $5 of the purchase price (so you only paid $15) you will receive a credit for $15 plus any taxes and shipping you paid.

Final sale items purchased during our sale clearance cannot be returned.

The Cat Perkins products shown on www.catperkins.com or on its mobile service are sample products. Due to natural variations in leather or other materials, the actual product color(s) may vary slightly. Cat Perkins is not responsible for variations of on-screen computer resolution and color calibration. This may result in a slightly different image of product on-screen versus end product delivered to Customer.

All offers of products as they are displayed via the Site are subject to availability.  Cat Perkins reserves the right to change the items offered via the Site at any time and without notice.  The Site may contain information about the availability of products at the time of ordering, but the quantity of inventory actually available can change significantly.  If a product is not available for shipping promptly after your place your order, you will be notified, and you may choose to order a different item that is then-currently available, to wait until the product is available (if it will be available again in a timely manner) or to cancel your order.   Cat Perkins shall not be liable if products are not in stock or otherwise not available.

Cat Perkins will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Cat Perkins’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, riots, wars, fires, terrorist acts, acts of God or acts of compliance with any law or regulation. In no event shall Cat Perkins be liable to Customer for any (i) special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or (ii) any damages resulting from loss of use or profit, unless required by law. New Jersey permits the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages unless unconscionable.

Cat Perkins attempts to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, complete and current. However, despite our best efforts, there will be instances where information about an item contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including the data about the item’s price or availability. We make no guarantee that the information on this site is error-free, complete or accurate.

If a product offered by Cat Perkins is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

In the event a Cat Perkins product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or other error in pricing or product information, we will attempt to correct the error where discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer for any reason and to correct any inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge, and shall not incur any additional liability for such cancellation.

Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own use, and not for resale or export. Cat Perkins reserves the right to refuse to accept orders that it determines in its sole discretion to be excessive in volume.
