Returns

Cat Perkins will gladly accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange. Returned merchandise must also include the original shoe box and must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We offer free shipping returns within domestic United States. Enter your email and order number below to start your return.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cat Perkins shoes. So if they aren’t perfect, we’re here to help you exchange or return them for a full refund or exchange. We just require that you send them back in the original shoebox within 30 days - unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. We also require that you only try them on indoors. Final sale items are non-returnable. Please note that shipping and handling charges for international sales are non-refundable.
